What could be better than a Star Wars-themed race?! How about a Star Wars-themed race that offers a FREE 10-Week Training Plan with Greensboro's very own RUNNDERDUDE! Thad McLaurin, of RunnerDude's Fitness, is partnering once more with the May the Course Be with You event to bring you a choice of 5K and 10K training plans! So whether this is your very first attempt at a 5K (or 10K!) OR whether you are simply feeling the need to increase your speed, we've got you covered! 

We will have FUN as we storm the course and become a force for mental health awareness in May!

Weekly Group Meetups for Runs and Walks

Two key features in accomplishing any goal include: establishing a plan and finding a support team. And we are providing both of these to you! In addition to the above RunnerDude Plan, we will offer TWO different meetup opportunities each week of the 10-week plan: Saturdays at 8:30 AM and Wednesdays at 5:30 PM. IMPORTANT: You do not need to participate in the group meetups to do the training plan, and you don't have to do the training plan to come out for the group meetups. However, this information is only available to those who have registered for the race, so please do not share this link!
